Shipping Policy

How to Place an Order

  1. Orders can be placed either online through our website or in person at any of our physical stores.
  2. Once an order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with an order number and a payment receipt. Please check your spam or junk folder in case the confirmation is redirected.
  3. Full payment is required when placing the order unless otherwise agreed upon with us.
  4. We accept all major credit and debit cards from banks in Pakistan for online payments.

Modifications and Cancellations

  1. While we try to accommodate changes to your order, we cannot guarantee that modifications will be possible once the order is processed.
  2. Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled collection or delivery date are eligible for a full refund.
  3. For cancellations made between 7 days and 72 hours prior to the collection or delivery date, a maximum of 30% of the order total will be refunded.
  4. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the collection or delivery date are non-refundable, as costs will have already been incurred.
  5. Orders placed within 24 hours of delivery or collection are ineligible for cancellation. In such cases, Halwiyat Lebaneyah (Kunafa House™) reserves the right to keep the full payment.

Ensuring Smooth Delivery

  1. It’s the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct and complete delivery address, along with an up-to-date phone number for contact.
  2. Ensure someone is available to accept the delivery at the provided address. Halwiyat Lebaneyah (Kunafa House™) is not responsible for delays or missed deliveries if incorrect details are provided or if no one is available to receive the order.

Same-Day Delivery Conditions

  1. To receive same-day delivery, orders must be placed by 12:00 PM. Orders received after this time will be processed and dispatched the next day.
  2. For scheduled deliveries, the products will be delivered on the date and time that you select when placing the order

Order Confirmation

  1. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email along with a payment receipt. Be sure to review your order details.
  2. If there are any discrepancies or issues with the order, please contact us immediately to make corrections
