Refund and Exchange Policy

At Halwiyat Lebaneyah (Kunafa House™), customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we do not accept returns of any goods or sweets once purchased, we are committed to delivering quality products and addressing valid concerns.

Exchange Policy

Sweets may be exchanged only if they are damaged or not in a consumable condition at the time of delivery. To qualify, customers must provide proof of purchase and report the issue within 1 hours of receiving the product. Exchanges will be made for the same product, subject to availability

Procedure for Product Concerns

If you encounter a serious issue with our product, please follow these steps:

Immediate Notification

Inform us as soon as possible by telephone. For after-hours concerns, send an email on the same day as pickup or delivery.

Product Return

Return the product on the same day or by the next day at the latest. Ensure the majority of the product is returned; items with significant portions consumed (e.g., only a few pieces left) will not be eligible. Do not discard any part of the product.

Review for Resolution

Once the issue is reported and the product returned as specified, we will review it to determine eligibility for a refund or replacement.
